The P-ATTR-03 is a microprocessor-based, field-portable, automatic, three-phase, transformer turns-ratio test meter, designed especially for on-site measuring of: winding turns ratios, phase angles, and no-load excitation (idle) currents of single- and 3-phase utility transformers.

This unit is light weight portable and can be operated from line voltages of 120 or 220 volts, 50 or 60 Hz. It has a built in printer as well as a RS232 interface and software which allows for remote control via a personal computer.
